As 2011 wraps up, I’d like to take this opportunity to remember and thank our readers and guests, our contributors, and the AAUW Dialog team, all of whom make this blog such a richly rewarding experience. Excellent posts by diverse voices, from Student Advisory Council members all the way to the AAUW executive director, continue to make this space a vibrant and growing online channel that is breaking through barriers for women and girls.
As part of the AAUW Dialog team working with AAUW leaders, members, other staff, and our contributors, I find each and every post illuminating and invigorating. So to cap off a year of compelling engagement, I’ve compiled 20 of the most viewed posts written in 2011.
My thanks goes out to the entire AAUW Dialog community. Happy New Year.

The AAUW Dialog posts have been outstanding in content and delivery, serving to keep issues of women’s and girls’ equity in the forefront of our consciousness. How does anyone indicate a desire to submit a posting? What is the process for deciding what is posted? Thank you to all for the thought-provoking, action-inspiring submissions.
